Once you have successfully logged in to your EFIcyent account, you will be guided through a step-by-step onboarding process to complete your profile and verify your information. Here's a breakdown of the steps:


Step 1: Personal Information

  • Gender: Select your gender from the available options (Male, Female, Others).
  • Mobile: Your registered mobile number (e.g., with UAE code +971) will appear. If incorrect, you may update it.
  • Date of Birth (DOB): Provide your date of birth using the date picker.
  • Nationality: Choose your nationality from the dropdown menu.
  • Service Type: Select the type of service you need—usually Bank.
  • Account Type: Specify whether you want an Individual Account or a Business Account.

Once all fields are filled, click Continue to move to the next step.




Step 2: Billing & Delivery Address

In the second step of the onboarding process, you need to provide your billing and delivery address details to ensure smooth processing of services and communications. The form includes the following fields:

Billing Address

  • Primary Address: Enter the primary address where you receive important documents and services.
  • Secondary Address: Provide an alternative address, if applicable.
  • Country: Choose your country of residence from the dropdown list.
  • State: Enter the state or province of your residence.
  • City: Specify the city you are located in.
  • Zipcode: Provide your postal or ZIP code.

Delivery Address

  • Primary Address: Enter the primary address where deliveries should be sent.
  • Secondary Address: Provide an alternative delivery address, if necessary.
  • Country: Select the country for deliveries.
  • State: Specify the state or province for the delivery address.
  • City: Provide the city for deliveries.
  • Zipcode: Enter the postal or ZIP code for the delivery address.

Same as Billing Address

If your delivery address is the same as your billing address, you can check the "Same as billing address" box, and the delivery fields will auto-fill with the billing information.


Once all the required fields are completed, click Continue to proceed to the next step.




Step 3: KYC (know your customer) Verification


Purpose of KYC:

  • KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a process used by financial institutions to confirm the identity of customers. This is mandatory for regulatory compliance and ensures you are who you claim to be. It helps in preventing fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes.

Documents Required:

  • You may need to upload valid identity proofs such as a passport, national ID, driver’s license, or other government-issued identification documents.
  • Proof of address documents like utility bills, bank statements, or rental agreements might also be required.

Verification Steps:

  • Click on the Verify KYC button.
  • Upload the necessary documents when prompted.
  • Ensure all uploaded documents are clear and unaltered to avoid delays in verification.



After completing KYC verification, you will be fully onboarded and able to use the services offered by EFICYENT.


Completion:

  • Once your documents are uploaded, the system will process and verify them.
  • You will receive a confirmation message or email once your KYC is successfully verified.
  • If any issues are found, you may be asked to resubmit documents or provide additional information.
