Step 1: Personal Information
- Gender: Select your gender from the available options (Male, Female, Others).
- Mobile: Your registered mobile number (e.g., with UAE code +971) will appear. If incorrect, you may update it.
- Date of Birth (DOB): Provide your date of birth using the date picker.
- Nationality: Choose your nationality from the dropdown menu.
- Service Type: Select the type of service you need—usually Bank.
- Account Type: Specify whether you want an Individual Account or a Business Account.
Once all fields are filled, click Continue to move to the next step.
Step 2: Business Information
- Company Name: Enter your company name.
- Preferred Name: Enter your preferred name.
- Tax ID Type: Specify the type of tax ID.
- Tax ID Number: Enter your tax ID number.
- Registered Date: Provide the date your business was registered.
- Tax ID Issuance Country: Select the country where your tax ID was issued.
- Tax ID Date Issued: Enter the date your tax ID was issued.
- Tax ID Date Expiry: Enter the expiry date of your tax ID.
- Purpose of Account Opening: Specify the purpose for opening the account.
- Source of Funds: Indicate the source of funds for your account.
Address Information
Operational Address
- Primary Address: Enter your primary operational address (required).
- Secondary Address: Enter your secondary operational address (required).
- Operational Country: Select your operational country (required).
- Operational State: Enter your operational state (required).
- Operational City: Enter your operational city (required).
- Operational Zipcode: Enter your operational zipcode (required).
Registered Address
- Same as Operational Address: Check this box if your registered address is the same as your operational address.
- Primary Address: Enter your registered primary address (required).
- Secondary Address: Enter your registered secondary address (required).
- Registered Country: Select your registered country (required).
- Registered State: Enter your registered state (required).
- Registered City: Enter your registered city (required).
- Registered Zipcode: Enter your registered zipcode (required).
Once all fields are filled, you can proceed to the next step in the onboarding process.
Step 3: KYB (Know Your Business) Verification
- For business accounts, KYB verification is required. This may involve providing official documents related to your business, such as registration papers, tax information, and other identity proofs.
Step 4: Completion
- After entering all the necessary information and completing the verification process, your account setup will be complete, and you can begin using EFIcyent's services.
The onboarding process is designed to ensure the accuracy of your details and secure your access to the platform.
